Peace Commitment

My long-term commitment I have always thought about which to me concerns peace is to become an educator and support those who are in need of help. I am willing to organize fundraisers to help kids and adults who are disabled not only by collecting money by selling candy or something similar, but to create walks or marathons that benefit the doners by becoming more active. My short-term commitment is for during the summer not to argue, also not to get frustrated with customers at work, and because we have different attitudes, I will try to get others to smile. ;)

Inner Peace!=D

I believe inner peace comes in when we are calm, with no worries, laughing, enjoing life and there is nothing to stress about. Many people can't enjoy their "inner peace" due to many conflicts they have surrounding them, with this in mind I strongly recommend for people like you and me to start working out, having an active life helps relief stress. Just by the fact of becoming active you can feel much better, becoming healthier with exercise can help increase your "inner peace".
